Advisories
Our advisories service ensures you receive timely and professional guidance when dealing with Industrial Relations (IR) and employment challenges. This service is delivered through three flexible consultation models:
- Verbal Consultation
We provide verbal consultation on IR and employment issues, as well as a detailed practical explanation of prevailing Indonesia employment law, including the risks and consequences.
This service currently accommodates both corporate and individual clients, with sessions available online and offline, in both Bahasa Indonesia and English. The professional fee shall be determined on an hourly basis.
- Professional Opinion
For clients who need a specific, detailed explanation in writing, simply reach out to us for a further proposal.
- Retainer-Based Consultation
The annual retainer-based consultation is the right answer when your daily operation requires close monitoring for better anticipation of IR and employment issues.
Some clients would feel more comfortable receiving regular IR advice anytime during their operational activities. You may enjoy our annual retainer-based consultation services.
Choose Your Client Model:
- Private Client: One client (private). Enjoy the privilege to meet and discuss your IR and employment issues or concerns any time.
- Group Client: A small group of 5 clients (sharing). The meeting and discussion are conducted on a collective appointment.

We provide a comprehensive review of your Working Agreement, Company Regulations (CRR/Peraturan Perusahaan), and Collective Labor Agreement (CLA/Perjanjian Kerja Bersama).
